What You’ll Do:
As our Sales Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue, introducing the team, setting client expectations, and maintaining client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Pipeline Management: Manage leads through our CRM (HubSpot) and facilitate weekly sales meetings, keeping tasks on track and the team in sync.
- Client Engagement: Build lasting relationships by guiding clients through every step of the sales process—from initial inquiry to design contract to build contract and move-in. Make clients feel heard, valued, and like they’re your #1 priority.
- Proposal Management: Prepare custom proposals and assist in high-value client presentations.
- Process Improvement: Optimize sales workflows and implement best practices to enhance efficency and create processes that work smarter, not harder.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Director and cross-functional teams on our staff to ensure seamless handoffs for new projects. Be the glue that keeps the sales team operating at full throttle.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in luxury residential or construction industries.
- Strategic thinker with proven success in networking and client relationship management and a track record of turning leads into loyal clientsProficient in CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce) and tech-savvy with Google Workspace.
- Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and driven to excel.
- Understanding of the high-end residential design and construction market is a big plus!
