Moontower is growing, and we need a dedicated Superintendent to lead the day-to-day execution of our residential projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and seamless collaboration with our top-tier subcontractors and designers. Our build team works with our own design team but also other leading architects and interior designers in Austin. We are deeply tied to the design and construction community and are seeking leaders and authorities on high performing, beautiful homes to join our ranks as stewards of Austin's neighborhoods!

What You’ll Do:
Lead On-Site Execution: Oversee daily and weekly activities across multiple job sites, ensuring work is progressing efficiently and at the highest level of quality.
Supervise and Coordinate Subcontractors: Conduct pre-work walkthroughs, maintain daily check-ins, and inspect completed work to ensure it meets Moontower’s standards.
Maintain Job Site Organization and Safety: Open and secure job sites daily, enforce safety standards, and keep the workspace clean and organized to foster professionalism.
Problem-Solve and Keep Projects Moving: Fill in gaps between trades, handle material runs, and make necessary adjustments to maintain project schedules.
Track Progress and Communicate: Document daily activities, take progress photos, and collaborate with Project Managers to align on scheduling and priorities.
Guard Against Waste: Ensure efficient resource use and balance expenses while maintaining schedules and quality expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 10+ years in high-end residential construction, with a track record of successfully managing site operations.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to direct, coordinate, and communicate with trades, designers, and project managers.
Problem-Solving Mindset: You thrive in fast-paced environments, can anticipate issues before they arise, and take a proactive approach to solving them.
Attention to Detail: You have an eye for quality, ensuring that every aspect of the build meets Moontower’s high standards.
Tech-Savvy & Organized: Proficiency in scheduling software, time tracking, and digital documentation.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: $80,000 per year
